  Horrible service, went through had my card swiped and after the employee swiped it, they held onto it for about 5 minutes just taking more orders. I may be out of line but I'd rather not have my card in another person's hands any longer than absolutely necessary. Then I pull up to the second window where the employee was clearly on drugs or drunk. They hand me my bag, I grab it and they just hold onto it and stare at me blankly. A good 30 seconds pass, and I say "I got it." About 10 more seconds pass and they let it go. Hands me my drinks 1 lid is completely off. Like not even close to being sealed. I fix it, and check the bag three sandwiches 3 hashbrowns. So I drive home. I get home. All 3 sandwiches are wrong. Not just made wrong, but completely wrong sandwiches. We order 2 bagels and a muffin. Got 3 mcgriddles. Went back to return the meal and get the correct the mistake. Had several employees walk up to the counter without acknowledging my presence just wiping trays and whatnot. Finally someome came by and seemed insulted that they messed up the order. After 2 employees and a manager I got the right food. Overall horrible experience.

  My kids love it, me eh. Not easy to eat healthy and the grilled chicken is never fresh or it's supposed to be tough to chew. The light up tables can be fun.
