  I took the family there on a Tuesday night. The food was terrible; the service was worse. It took almost 20 minutes to get a drink order. We ordered pretty easy stuff - nachos, kids mac n' cheese, the $2 tacos. Every bit of it was bad. If we needed a refill we had to flag someone down. I'd love to say they were under-staffed but it really didn't seem to be the case. I can't imagine how things would be on a busy night. I don't usually leave reviews but hopefully I help save someone else from wasting their money.

  The games are always a lot of fun and the facility seems clean. The food is pretty good, though a little pricey for what it is. In the times I've visited the service is slow and the servers not very attentive, but usually I go for the games and not the food anyway.

  I had a Burger and Fries that was pretty good but took a while and it was super slow. Games are over priced but that was expected. Management was nice because my card was double charging me on a game and they made it right. Good place to spend a couple hours, especially if your getting work done on your car at Pep Boys.
