  Worst service, ever! Arrived with hardly anyone in the restaurant, and it still took us a good 10 minutes to receive our drinks. After a half hour of our food still not arriving, we decided to just leave. The kitchen needs to step up their game and stay in the kitchen. I noticed 3 people in their regular daily clothes, just roaming behind the counter. Just go to IHOP

  Good food, friendly service although our waitress forgot to give us menus. It was busy when we stopped at 11.00 a.m.. Tables were clean, but the floor hadn't been cleaned. They did finally pick up and vacuum the floor as we were leaving.

  We used to really like Bob Evans but they went very downhill. We only tried this location because the one near us was so bad on the last 3 visits, that we gave up going there.
  
  When we went to this one, it wasn't any better. Slow initial service and not attentive. My wife order a roasted chicken quarter but the server came back and told us (get ready for this), that they were out of dark meat chicken breasts. So, we didn't want to make our meal choices to difficult for them, so we ordered something else. What we then got came out wrong and one was actually cold.
  
  We are done with all Bob Evans locations.
