  Waited 45 minutes to be seated which was expected on a Saturday evening. The server was kind and polite but there were too many issues considering the prices you pay. We had no silverware when our salads arrived so we sat and waited several minutes for our server to pass by. A potato ordered with butter and sour cream was served plain. And when butter and sour cream arrived the potato wasn't hot enough to melt the butter. Despite ordering our steaks the same "medium well" we received rare medium rare and medium well. This was our first time eating here and will be the last. I personally expect more when paying over $20 per person.

  This was our 1st visit for our daughter's birthday dinner. Service was excellent. The menu is massive with just about everything you can imagine. Our waitress explained they started out as a pizza place, so ordering a full rack of ribs had me curious how good they'd be. The ribs were absolutely phenomenal along with the white cheddar mashed potatoes, and asparagus. I washed it down with a beer sampler consisting of 4 of their own house brewed beers and they were excellent as well. BJ's is definitely a nice family dining environment with excellent food and customer service.
